The Story Behind Bold & Mighty
Hi, I’m Anjali Batra (aB). I believe the most successful businesses are the bold and mighty ones.

My Journey
For over two decades, I’ve had a front-row seat to the inner workings of some of the world’s most dynamic organisations, including Goldman Sachs, National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Lendlease and eHealth NSW. I’ve led teams through large-scale restructurings, delivered complex digital transformations, and partnered with statewide senior executives navigating high-stakes environments.
Through these experiences, I’ve seen what drives real transformation — and what doesn’t. More importantly, I’ve learned what it truly takes to build organisations that not only perform but endure.
Why “Bold & Mighty”?
The Bold & Mighty wasn’t created in a boardroom – it was shaped in moments that don’t appear on a résumé.
Like many high-performing professionals, my career has been defined by delivering in complex, high-stakes environments – leading transformation, advising executives across New South Wales, and driving outcomes that matter.
But behind that professional journey sits a more personal one. A journey of navigating challenges that tested resilience, shifted perspective, and redefined what strength truly means.
There were moments that required me to pause, reflect, and rebuild – not just professionally, but personally. And in those moments, I discovered something far more powerful than any framework or methodology: clarity, courage, and an unwavering belief in moving forward.
It was through this experience that the Bold & Mighty was born.
A belief that strength is not always loud – sometimes it is quiet, intentional, and deeply grounded.
A belief that empathy is not a soft skill – it is a strategic advantage.
A belief that the most meaningful transformation, whether in individuals or organisations, happens when we align performance with humanity.
Today, that philosophy underpins everything I do.
I partner with leaders and organisations not just to deliver change – but to help them navigate complexity with confidence, lead with clarity, and build something that lasts.
Because in the end, transformation is never just operational.
It is deeply human. And when done right, it is both bold and mighty.
This is more than a consultancy. It’s a philosophy – one that turns challenge into strength, and ambition into lasting impact.
